As the Chief Inspiration Officer at Infinye, Reeta’s driving force is a deep-seated desire to empower individuals to unlock their true potential and continuously improve themselves. She strongly believes in the transformative power of positive attitudes, and her primary objective is to inspire people to embrace personal growth and equip them with the necessary tools and processes to facilitate their journey.
Reeta strives to establish consistency through effective methodologies, enabling individuals to develop and maintain positive behaviors that lead to long-term success. Her genuine passion for this work shines through as she wholeheartedly embraces the three fundamental aspects of her role: uncovering the unique motivators within each individual, designing customized tools to activate these motivators, and delivering inspiring learning experiences that yield tangible performance enhancements.

With a 25-year career spanning the private and public sector, and academia, Neeta stands at the forefront of transforming businesses through her expertise in customer experience and service excellence.
As Executive Director at the Institute of Service Excellence, Singapore Management University, she spearheaded influential programs such as the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore, benchmarking companies across diverse sectors. Neeta also drove the development of the SME Consumer Analytics Platform, a pioneering digitalized solution for acquiring consumer intelligence.
Her commitment to professionalizing service-based careers is evident in the suite of training programs and certifications she developed, covering areas from Customer Experience Design to Organizational Change Management.

As a Certified Practising Accountant in additional to a wealth of business experience, Allan is well-placed to provide both financial and operational oversight to Infinye supporting the entire team. Allan’s accounting and business-compliance background gives him complete focus to ensure all facets of good financial management. He always aims to ensure a high level of integrity is attached to all back-office business, to perfectly complement the innovation and entrepreneurial flair of the front of office.
